We’ll set up, provide your choice of refreshments, and clean up when your group is done. All you have to do is show up and enjoy the conversation.
Standard Book Club Package
Every package includes:
- 2-hour rental of the community classroom
- Comfortable seating
- Tables, linens, and chairs set up (if requested)
- Your choice of refreshments package (see below)
- Full clean-up when your group is finished

Option 1: Tea Party
- Choice of hot teas
- Infused water
- Variety of sweet and savory snacks
- Serves up to 8
Option 2: Charcuterie Board
- Choice of iced tea, sodas, or punch
- Infused water
- Charcuterie board (meats, cheese, crackers, fruit, nuts, and more)
- Serves up to 8
Option 3: Dessert & Coffee
- Brewed or iced coffee
- Sweeteners and creamers provided
- Sweet pastries
- Serves up to 8
Pricing
Standard Book Club Package: $120 + a minimum preorder of 5 books (paid at booking).
- Preordered books receive a 15% discount from list price
- Remaining balance may be paid the day of the event
- Additional food options may be added at $35 each
